Hello! My name is Kasie Oswald.
I am a wife to my amazing husband Steve since 1996, a mom to my 2 crazy, fun loving kiddos Jonny and Cedes, a teacher, a VIPKid English teacher and a Beachbody Coach! I am dedicated to sharing my adventures with all of you to help other teachers or workout buddies that may be on the same journey! My goals are to help other teachers build successful businesses by providing my experiences, techniques, and knowledge as well as helping others succeed in their fitness journey. You will be coming along as I go through Beachbody programs , Beyond Online Teaching with Nancy Taylor’s program (sharing with her permission), and Teaching with VIPKid!
